As an entrepreneur yourself, you know that success as your own boss requires relentless dedication and resiliency in the face of failure. It requires a ton of growth and courage, a lot of letting go, and a whole bunch of faith. Not to mention the blood, sweat, and tears you pour into it every day.

So why do we do it? Why not just stay on the side of certainty in a regular 9-5 job? Sounds pretty comfortable (and a lot less scary), and it is for a lot of people.

But for me, the comfort and security of my corporate job became progressively unfulfilling, bordering unbearable. Not because of my bosses or the people I worked with. On the contrary, I admire them greatly and will always be deeply grateful for the lessons and friendships I acquired working for and alongside them. I felt discomfort in my day job because I knew in my heart that I needed to work toward my dream of having the freedom to spend more time with my family and becoming financially limitless.

Once I became a mom, it suddenly became very clear what I needed to do. And it required stepping off that ledge into the unknown of business ownership. I explored and leaned on my passions, my talents, the skills and wisdom I’ve picked up over the years of leading, training, coaching and managing people. I committed to learning everything I needed to in order to start my own thriving business. And the coolest part is my business is all about helping other entrepreneurs just like me, take their businesses to the next level. It’s incredibly fulfilling.

Watching and being part of someone’s dreams coming true is an absolute blast and an honor. I couldn’t be more satisfied in my choice to use my gifts as a leader and collaborator to help boost my clients’ sales and crush their goals in business and in life.
